Since, these call centers are working on 24 hrs.x365 days basis. We closely monitor the road situtation i.e. ROAD BLOCK / Traffic congestion, VIP movement, traffic diversion.
Traffic information comes from our drivers
/ supervisors through Wireless System / Mobile Phones to our base office, which enable us to divert the routes, so
that vehicles can reach in scheduled time.Sea Hawk has 35-40 vehicles in reserved fleet, which can be used in emergency / breakdown / road block / traffic congestion. Since, all the vehicles are fitted with Wireless System / Mobile Phone, reserved cab reaches to its target at very shortest Time.

TRAINING/ SAFETY
Most of our drivers are trained by Hubert Ebner, New Delhi for safe driving, good behaviour and professionalism.All the Drivers, Supervisors, Managers are being trained for better performance, road safety on routine basis. All the vehicles are fitted with Speed Governor. All the staff / drivers are being checked by our company Doctor for medical fitness. Drivers are being verified thoroughly before appointment i.e. Valid commercial driving license / criminal record / permanent address / police verification in case of doubt. Company has its own vigilance department who check cabs / drivers for speed, consuption of alcohol / drugs, traffic rule violation, misbehaviour, surprise check of vehicle related documents i.e. R.C., Insurance, Fitness Certificate, Pollution Certificate, Permit and Taxes.
MAINTENANCE OF VEHICLES
All vehicles are being maintained by authorised service station of respective vehicle.
A periodical preventive maintenance schedule for each vehicle is being maintained separately. Monthly analysis is also conducted for performance / break-down of each vehicle.GOOD WILL
